The safety of your personal data is of utmost concern for ENITED Business Events. Therefore, we process your data solely on the basis of laws & legal regulations (DSGVO (EU) 2016/679 | DSG 1999/165 | TKG 2003).

In contact with us:
If you contact us via telephone, via email or in person, your provided data will be stored in order to process your inquiry and for the case of necessary questions and communication. These data is considered personal data. We will not store any sensible data, under any circumstances.

Personal Data:
Personal data are information that help to identify a person. Data that relate back to a person, e.g. first or family name, postal address, IP address, telephone number, email address, birth date, travel data, data about interests or membership. Personal data will only be collected, processed and transferred by ENITED Business Events, with your explicit consent (i.e. in connection with your inquiry or registration) and if permitted legally.

Without your explicit consent or a legal basis, your personal data are not passed on to third parties outside the scope of fulfilling the contracted services.

Use and Processing of Personal Data:
Nature and purpose of our business are Consulting and Management services for Business Events, and the necessary related services, such as collection of registration data, touristic services and transport services and their related organisational and financial services.

Therefore, any data collection, processing and use will be done to execute the above (so-called „justified interest“). If personal data is collected and processed in direct relation with the reservation or booking of services, we use them within the scope of the assigned purpose of the contracted services.

Transfer of Personal Data:
Personal data is transferred, within the legal scope, only for the fulfilment of contracted services – in particular the transfer of order data to suppliers – or for the execution of any necessary payment processes.

It goes without saying that personal data, especially email addresses, will not be sold to any third party, at any time.

Transfer to Third Party/Obligation of Contracted Suppliers:
Under certain circumstances we transfer your personal data to

  • Contracted suppliers (i.e. for the electronic distribution of newsletters, for the necessary compliance of laws & regulations) who are committed to us, to observe the legal data protection standards or
  • Third parties, whose involvement are necessary for the fulfilment of the contracted services.

In principle, we aim to store as little data as necessary and to check the stored data on practicality, on a regular basis. Based on the principle of data minimization in correlation with the processing of personal data, only the minimum of data necessary for the completion of the respective legal premises is stored.

You are entitled to be informed of your stored data upon request and free of charge.

Additionally, you have the right of correction of wrong data, extinction of personal data as far as no legal duty for storage is affected, especially with reference to data needed for payment and accounting purposes.

Furthermore, you have the legal right of constriction of processing of your personal data as well as of data transfer.
